Photogrammetry Laboratory

Photogrammetry is a discipline of technology, science and art that reliable information obtained from record, measurement and interpretation process of photogrammetric images and electromagnetic energies that shaped from physical objects and beams reflecting from their environments. Nowadays photogrammetry is used successfully for registration, measurement and interpretation of geometrical and constitutive features of animate and inanimate objects.

Photogrammetry is aimed to specify shape, dimension and location of the objects in space in detailed way with using of one or many object images. General advantage of this technique is allowed full display of objects. Measurement of this images are being practical with arise of photography which is an optical technique composed of suitable central perspectives.
